It is always a fun day when I am able to buy a new house that we can fix up for someone! This will be an interesting one and it had a lot of interesting stuff left in it. Many times the seller will leave stuff in the property, especially on a wholesale deal like this one but it is usually all junk. They left some cool things although I am not sure they are worth anything. We bough the place for $290k and it should be worth close to $400k when we are done with it.
