I bought this property a couple of years ago and did not realize one unit could only be rented to a grocery store. I rented it to a church and then the county sent me violation letters and almost shut the whole place down. However, after multiple meetings I was able to keep the businesses open and work on revising a site plan. The church lease was up the end of last year and they kept saying the would move out the next month but never did. I was checking today to see if the moved out.
