In this video we are back on the nbs GMC Sierra Stepside. When I bought this truck it was already lowered. I wasn't impressed with the bolt in c notch the truck had. I wanted 2 things. I wanted a weld in c notch and a little more clearance. In this video we do that. I go to a buddy's house and have him weld in a set of Recklez underbed C notches. In my opinion if you are pulling a trailer you need a weld in notch. I also think these Recklez under bed C notches are the best on the market. If you have an NBS Chevy Silverado or GMC Sierra you need to look at these C notches before buying any other c Notch. When we get back to my shop I wanted to continue the installation of the back up or reverse Camera. This is a cheap or budget friendly back up camera but seems to work well. I like have reverse cameras on these trucks. Helps when backing up to a trailer. The last thing I address is the so called Chevy Lean. These trucks always set lower on the drivers side front. The only way to fix the chevy or gm lean is to trim a small amount off of the passenger side coil or do like I did here. Put a drop or in my case stock shackle in the opposite side. I show the before and after measurements after this. It will not make it perfect but a lot better. You could also install a set of coilovers in the front and adjust to get the truck perfectly level.
