In this month’s Community Connections, we'll be learning more about all the amazing resources and support group programs from Gilda's Club Toronto. Christine Speck, RSW and Interim Program Director at Gilda's Club Toronto will present on some of their program offerings.

Following Christine's presentation, Sandra Drozdz will provide an introductory session for new members enrolled in or considering joining one of Gilda's Toronto's support groups. All you need to know from registration to the final session. What it is, how to join, and what to expect.

Presenter: Sandra Drozdz
Sandra Drozdz is a Master's of Social Work student at the University of Toronto. She has been supporting staff and members at Gilda's Toronto with membership intake, support group facilitation, and program development for 6 months. Sandra works in clinical research at St. Michaels hospital in Toronto as a research assistant. Outside of work, Sandra enjoys kayaking, hiking, and spending time in nature with her dog, Milo.
