As part of our annual spiritual cleansing and self-evaluation, we observe a month-long fast in December every year. This year, we will continue the tradition from December 1st to December 31st, 2023. It is entirely up to each individual to determine the duration of their fast, guided by the Holy Spirit. During the fast, only liquids such as water and 100% natural juices are recommended. You can choose to fast from 6 am to 6 pm or for longer periods. I suggest watching my pre-fasting videos to assist you in your fasting journey.
