Ever wonder what seed cycling is and how it works? We're going to look at what seed cycles are, how they can relate to your menstrual cycle, and a really cool product called Moon Bites from Food Period.

When our hormones are not balanced, our menstrual cycle can be affected. Including cramping and/or irregular periods, among other symptoms, this can be caused by multiple factors. It can also make it more difficult to track and predict our ovulation. Seed cycling is a practice of using nutrition knowledge to our advantage for a natural, pill-free solution for better hormonal balance and improved menstrual cycles.

The idea of syncing certain seeds to the menstrual cycle is really exciting to me, as a health coach who seeks natural solutions where I can. They contain varying levels of minerals and vitamins that help detox estrogen, reduce androgens, among other benefits.
