Build strong legs at home with this dumbbell leg workout!

This workout targets the hips, hamstrings, glutes, calves and quads in around 30 minutes using a set of dumbbells. Each circuit pairs isolated leg exercises with a combination move to burn out the legs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔️ 4 Circuits
✔️ 3 Moves Per Circuit (2 isolated leg exercises and one multi-muscle group leg exercise)
✔️ Timed Intervals (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest) x 2 Sets
✔️ 30 Second Power Move Between Circuits

1️⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
1. Squats
2. Lunges
3. 2 Squats + 2 Lunges

2️⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
1. Staggered Deadlift R/L
2. Curtsy Lunge R/L
