The Excel team recently released the new checkboxes and they are fantastic! They do not float on top of the spreadsheet like the previous checkboxes, which means that they are in the cell and don't require you to link them individually to each cell.

In this video I teach you how you can use these checkboxes with some examples, including with conditional formatting and to calculate formulas. I also go over how you can format the checkbox, manipulate its state easily, put it in the ghosted state, and delete them entirely.
