recipe
Canning Swedish Meatballs
4 pounds ground beef
2 medium onions
2 T. minced garlic
2 t. Salt

2 t. ground mustard
2 t. coriander
1 1/2 t. ground fennel
1 t. thyme
1 t. all spice
1t. cinnamon
1 t. Pepper
1/2 t. cloves
1/2 t. nutmeg

any spice you don't like, just leave out

I cooked mine in oven about 10 minutes

this is hot canning method, jars, water in canner, meatballs, and broth all need to be hot






gravy
2 cups beef broth
3 T. butter
3 T. flour
1/2 cup sour cream
Pepper
parsley
thyme
