3 Stocks to Buy in December 2018?

In this video, we put 3 stocks up for discussion to see if they're the best stocks to buy in December 2018. The stocks that we'll be discussing are: Goldman Sachs (GS), Apple (AAPL), and Momo (MOMO).

Goldman Sachs is the world's most prestigious investment bank. It holds the undisputed leadership in the industry and benefits from significant economic moat due to its rolodex of corporate relationships, brand reputation, scale & capital, and technical know-how. On average, corporate clients aren't as price sensitive and they generally want to engage the best advisor on a quality basis than on a price basis. This makes GS extremely difficult to replicate.

Apple is the technological powerhouse of the 21st century. It's more valuable than Google and Baidu combined. Yet, at $190, it's only trading at 13x 2019 earnings. Given recent events, there's the potential for it to fall below $160s, which would imply ~11x 1-year forward earnings and could potentially create a bargain opportunity for investors.

Momo is a leading Chinese social networking platform with over 100 million monthly active users. It not only owns the Momo app but also the Tantan app (Chinese Tinder). It's not only growing at an extremely fast rate, but it's also highly levered free cash flow generative. It also has significant amount of cash on its balance sheet. If you strip out these cash, Momo is effectively trading below 9x 1-year forward P/E at the current price. If it falls further, that could create a compelling investment opportunity.

These could be the best stocks to watch in December 2018. Let us know what you think in the comments!
