The One Group is a leading steak house chain. Unlike traditional male-heavy steakhouses with a very quiet atmosphere, One Group's steak houses caters primarily to females with music blasting and drinks flowing. AerCap is the world's leading provider and airplane leases. It buys airplanes from airplane manufacturers (Boeing, Airbus) and lease them to airlines (i.e. Delta Airlines, United Airlines, etc). The company has 40% of the market share and has highly attractive portfolio economics where over 90% of its fleet are desired planes, like Airbus 330 and Boeing 737, and its average lease term exceeds its planes' average age.

KKR is one of the world's leading alternative investments manager. Basically, that means managing other people's money and invest for their clients to make them money. KKR is one of the best in the industry, with an incredibly strong track record and is trading below peers.
