Anna-Marie DiPasquale details her unique career journey. Starting from more classically-defined "corporate success" at a young age, DiPasquale discusses how aligning values and talents, and remaining open to possibility, led her to meaningful work with middle and high school-aged students placed in Concord, NH through the US Refugee Resettlement Program. Anna-Marie DiPasquale is a licensed clinical social worker, serving as a School Social Worker at Concord High School. She leads the ELL program assisting refugee students’ transition to academic and cultural life in America, and is the founder of the Be the Change club, Concord High School’s multicultural club.

She has been awarded the Champions of Children award for exemplary contributions to young people, and has been the keynote speaker for the Educational Conference in Tallinn, Estonia. Ms. DiPasquale’s history as a family therapist with Riverbend Community Health, and as Manager of Public and Community Affairs and Government Affairs Administrator for a large international company, provided experience leading to her work today. She also serves on the advisory council for the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation.

Ms. DiPasquale holds a Master’s from the University of Chicago School of Social Service Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from New England College. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
