Today I’m making polvorones de Chocolate, an easy shortbread cookie recipe

Ingredients
1 cup of AP flour
2 Tbsp powder sugar + extra for coating
1 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 stick of butter
Optional- 1/4 cup finely chopped nuts such as pecans and almonds
Bake at 350 degrees (f) for 23-25 minutes
