just a quick video showing you guys the first three things you should do to set up your leather shoe patcher, aka leather stitcher, aka Chinese leather sewing machine.


Its pretty straight forward

1: make it a stand (the included stand is worse than useless)
2: give it a sand or file (lots of sharp unfinished metal here)
3: give it a clean (it comes covered in nasty dirty oil)


its a great machine and once you tune it up it sews like a dream and can take on pretty much anything you can throw at it.
