Hey gang, this was a quick vlog walk through when I did our first dethatching job of the season. It took two of my guys and myself a little over an hour and a half to knock this one out. We did this as a test to get familiar with dethatching, and see if was something we should add to our services we offer.

All in all things went pretty smooth. We had to bag about 15 bags of grass to get it all done. We will eventually be installing walls on my open trailer, now that we have the enclosed trailer. That way we don't have to bag and we can take the clippings a mile down the road to the local dump.

We rented the dethatcher at a local landscape supply shop for $15/hr, with a 2 hour minimum. On this job we charged $225, but I know I could've charged way more. This was a test like I said, to see if we were capable of knocking this out, and if we wanted to offer it to the rest of our customers.
