When the milk is almost boiling, add lemon juice. Mix well. The milk will begin to curdle after a few minutes. The whey separated well. Prepare a cup and a strainer. Transfer the curd mixture. Chop the dill finely. Add dill to the cheese. Mix well. Add to the cheese pan. Put a weight on it. Leave it overnight. Time is up and our cheese is ready.
