This week's #mealprep! On the weekends we like to prep different components of meals in order to quickly throw meals together throughout the week. I think it’s one of the best healthy habits we have developed.
While this certainly takes time, it saves you a lot of time during the week. And it makes it a lot easier to stay consistent with healthy eating & nourishment.
Throughout the week we then form balanced meals by starting with a protein source, then adding carbs and some animal fats.
