The new electric Class 3 step-van from Blue Arc EV Solutions, a recent spin-off of The Shyft Group, is checking a lot of boxes for a commercial EV: lightweight and sturdy design; creature comforts for the driver; plenty of safety features; 5,000 lb. max payload and up to 175 miles of range with standard 120kWh battery pack; and it can be paired with Blue Arc's mobile charging station. The mobile charging station can get past the hurdles and permit issues that leased property can bring to fleets that want to add chargers.
