The national association of Realtors (NAR) agreed to settle a lawsuit last week for $418 million and agreed to change the way they do business. I have many questions about how this will work out in real life and the media is saying many things that simply did not happen in this settlement. I go over as much as I can and will try to answer any questions I can as well.
