In today's episode, I'm experimenting with 3D Printing in PETG, using cleco fasteners, temperature set nuts, and rubber well nuts to build functional 3D Printed Headlight Bucket assemblies for my Datsun 280z Project Car. Using the printer, I'm also able to design and make custom tooling that allows for installing into the car's tight working areas, and I couldn't be happier. Mounting the LED Headlights into the custom widebody fenders has always been a challenge I didn't know how to overcome before being able to 3D print today's solution. Thank you for watching, please consider liking and subscribing if you enjoyed, and let me know how things could be improved.
