Here's what my oldest daughter and I purchase for a recent Costco trip. I go shopping at Costco at least once a month for my family of 8, but do my weekly shopping with Instacart (usually at Aldi). My family configuration is myself, my husband, three teenagers, and three small children. We eat mostly whole foods and most meals at home. We drink water, and hardly snack.
