When you're exploring different resources for helping you get pregnant naturally, it's helpful to understand the different ways that fertility meditations can help shift your mindset.

In this video I talk about three types of meditation that I like to teach women who are on a mind-body balancing pathway to improving their fertility. I explain how to think about the connection between stress and fertility. I give an introduction to three styles of meditation that I have found helpful for myself and others. And at the end I guide you through a short series of affirmations.
