✅ Single Family inventory of 2,967 homes available to buyers with 883 🏠 homes coming on the market this week.
✅ 835 Single Family homes went under agreement with 388 Single Families 💰 selling for an average price of $764k and a Median Price of $580k.

➡️ Condo Real Estate Market Data Week over Week ⬅️
✅ Condo inventory in Massachusetts on 📅 3/11 was 2,011 condos available to buyers with 490 newly listed condos coming on the market last week.
✅ 419 Condos went under agreement with 202 Condos 💰 selling for an average price of $672k and a Median Price of $546k.
