I don't eat sugar! Healthy cookies without flour or sugar! Energy bar in 5 minutes + baking. A very tasty and simple dessert recipe. If you don't eat sugar like me - then this recipe is perfect for you.

Rinse 3 oz (85 g) dates in hot water.
Rinse 2 oz (55 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
3.5 oz (100 g) cashews.
3 oz (85 g) almonds. 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds. 1 tablespoon sesame seeds.
1 tablespoon chia seeds.
2 egg whites.
A pinch of vanilla. 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup or honey.
Bake in preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 13 minutes.

Recipe No. 2.
Rinse 2 oz (55 g) dried cranberries in hot water.
2 bananas.
1/2 cup (50 g) walnuts.
1½ (150 g) rolled oats.
A pinch of salt and vanilla.
Leave for 10 minutes.
With wet hands, form a ball the size of a walnut and flatten it a little.
Bake in a preheated oven at 360F/180C for about 20-25 minutes.
