🟢清洗生蠔的步驟：
1️⃣ 把蠔略為清洗，水不要直接沖在蠔身上，放些鹽在水中把蠔浸泡5分鐘。
2️⃣ 用澱粉輕柔的把蠔攪拌然後洗淨，如蠔仍未夠乾淨，再用澱粉洗多一次。
3️⃣ 將蠔放在筲箕中瀝乾水，洗蠔的過程就完成了。

🟢Steps to clean fresh oysters:
1️⃣ Rinse the oysters gently, avoiding direct water pressure on them. Soak them in water with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Gently stir the oysters with starch and wash them. If they are not clean enough, repeat the process with starch.
3️⃣ Drain the oysters in a sieve, and the oyster cleaning process is complete.
