This is my second pregnancy and I'm working out 3 times a week BUT I have a 5 day workout schedule. Here I show you my 5 full workouts including an informative voice over. I'm allowed to do this and feel way less pain from pregnancy. I show you 3 different legdays and 2 upper body days. I am doing this exact schedule from week 17 until 37 weeks pregnant. During these 20 weeks I still tried to train with progressive overload (more weight, reps etc each workout). I am stronger in these exercises now compared to when I started at 17 weeks!
