I know, you won’t find this in the manual for your garbage disposal troubleshooting section. But there’s no need to even open up the cabinet or get down low. This hack has worked for me a handful of times to fix my garbage disposal jam. If your disposal is humming and not working, give it a try. If it works, HAMMER THAT LIKE BUTTON.
