A visit to Feva in Castelfranco (Veneto), Italy, to surprise Nicola the chef/owner and Nicola a hobby chef with a few ingredients to prepare pasta fast and from scratch as "staff food".

"Staff Food" rules:
The ingredients are a surprise to the chefs
It's casual and improvised cooking
The food is meant for the employees not for the customers
There is a time restriction - 15 minutes
Once the clock is ticking, the rules are ready to be bend

Durum pasta (ancient grain, hence the dark color), sweet pepper, chili pepper, tomato, garlic, thyme, salt herb, olive oil, Parmigiano-Reggiano

Durum Pasta, Tomatoes, Onion, Garlic, Chili Pepper, Olive Oil, Salt Herb, Butter, Parmigiano-Reggiano
