Having biases around certain topics is a normal part of being human – in fact, biases are our brain’s natural reaction to the complex world around us.

While they are nothing to be ashamed of, it’s our job to separate the ‘fact from the fiction’ regarding our biases and misconceptions. Now it’s time to put the menstrual knowledge of our adidas athletes – Jazmin Sawyers, Sarah Zadrazil, and Michelle Coleman – to the test. We prepared some common period misconceptions to see whether they could discern the truth from the stereotypes.
