Growing sweet potatoes is not as daunting a task as it seems. In Part 1 of this video series, I showed how to soak and root a whole sweet potato, then to plant the rooted pieces in order to grow out larger plants. In this video, I show 2 different ways to cut the new plants "slips" from the rooted pieces in order to obtain at least 35 slips for planting into the #garden. I want 35 slips as I am estimating a harvest of at least 3 sweet potatoes per slip, and I want to get at least 100 sweet potatoes from this original sweet potato. In part 3, I will prepare the spaces for planting and show how to put the slips in the ground. Thanks for watching, and like and subscribe to get notified when part 3 is released.
