I had to make Star Trek themed punch for a party, and so I decided to make Romulan ale, which is blue and comes in a groovy bottle. Punch is usually a hit at parties so I felt like this would work. Milk washing is a great way to improve the flavor of less than stellar spirits, AND making things blue is fairly easy with Butterfly Pea Flowers. Qapla'!
