Dwayne Johnson, the global superstar, was honored with this year’s NATO Spirit of the Industry Award at CinemaCon, announced by Mitch Neuhauser, Managing Director of CinemaCon. The award was presented during The Walt Disney Studios presentation at The Colosseum in Caesars Palace, Las Vegas, on April 11, 2024. Johnson's ongoing support for the theatrical experience and the global exhibition community was highlighted by Neuhauser. Additionally, Johnson will voice Maui in Walt Disney Animation Studios’ upcoming film, Moana 2, set for release on November 27, 2024, featuring an adventurous new journey for Moana and Maui.
