Sesame Crackers
Cake flour 100g
Whole wheat flour 50g
Sesame seeds 75g
Muscovado 20g
Baking soda 4g (1 tsp)
Salt 5g (1 tsp)
Cooking oil (can be replaced) 30g (2 Tbsp)
Lukewarm water 110ml


1. Add all the ingredients to the clean ball and mix it evenly. Cover the top and wait for 10 minutes. (* Start to preheat the oven to 180 degrees.)
2. Divide the dough in half.
3. Place dough on the coating sheet. Then cover the top and roll it wide and thinly with a rolling pin. Use scrapers to cut it to the size you want.
4. Bake for about 15 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 degrees. (*Flip over at 10 minutes of baking time and then bake additional 5 minutes.)
5. Allow it to cool completely and store.
