Cooking recipe and ingredients:

250 ml of warm milk.
60 g of sugar.
5 g of dried yeast.
Cover with a towel and leave for 5-7 minutes to activate the yeast.
Separate the yolk from one egg.
Cover with plastic wrap and save for later use.
Add 1 more egg.
60 g melted butter.
30 ml of vegetable oil.
Sift 500 g of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Add another 100 g of wheat flour.
Place the dough in a pot filled with hot water and cover with a towel for 1 hour.
Divide into 9 parts.
Leave the dough covered on the work surface for 20 minutes.
Roll out the dough as shown in the video.
Repeat after me, it's very simple.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Simple and easy.
Cover with a towel and leave for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 3 teaspoons of milk.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Sprinkle them with poppy seeds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C (365°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Let them cool slightly.
The buns turned out soft, delicate and incredibly tasty!
