Part 2 of the three part series "I Can See Your House from Taiwan".
It used to be that buyers needed a real estate agent to find a special property. But that is over. Now, searching the inventory of homes for sale is as easy as picking up the phone. BY FAR THE BEST STRATEGY FOR OWNERS is to seek the greatest possible exposure for their home when selling. It is possible, but unlikely, that the listing agent could find the right buyer for a home. Most of the time, buyers ask agents to find them a deal -- a home selling UNDER market value. That is not what you, the seller, want. If possible, sellers should wait until the property is thoroughly marketed world-wide before considering ANY offer from ANY buyer.
Between the technological advances which allow potential buyers to see full video productions of homes for sale on any computer device anywhere in the world (see part 1 of this series), and making the home easy to see once buyers are in town (see part 2 of the series), sellers have the best opportunity to take advantage of what every well marketed product receives -- the most attention possible, and the greatest likelihood of a good strong selling price.
