Mercedes GLE 53 AMG 2019 has been revealed in Geneva Auto Show and it looks great!

Starting from the front looks, GLE 53 has AMG-specific radiator grille with 15 vertical strips and big, aggressive-looking air intake in the front apron and the wheel arches widening. In the profile, there are big 22 inch wheels and the running board. On the back there is new bumper including chrome quad exhaust and new difusor.

New GLE 53 AMG is powered by electified (EQ boost) 3.0 litre six-cylinder in-line engine producing 435 HP and 48-volt electrical system for more power. It is paired with 9-speed automatic transmission. All power is going thro 4matic+ fully variable all-wheel drive.

GLE 53 launches 0 - 100 km/h (62 mp/h) in 5.3 seconds! And it's top speed is limited to 250 km/h (155 mp/h).

GLE 53 comes with AMG-specific drive programmes and the AMG ACTIVE RIDE CONTROL air suspension based on AMG RIDE CONTROL+ with electro-mechanical roll stabilisation, selectable performance exhaust system. Yes air suspension lowers the car 15 mm from speed of 120 km/h to lower center of gravity and reduce air drag. But can be lifted up 55 mm for easy acces when loading stuf in back space.

On the inside you have carbon fiber trims along with premium leather, microfiber materials and red stitching and special AMG Supersport steering wheel with extra display buttons.
If you plan going on track there is AMG Track Pace, which is labeled as a virtual engineer built into the MBUX infotainment system.

Europe can expect new GLE 53 AMG some time after this summer, with estimated price around 90 K €, while USA can expect it som time in end of 2020.
