Met haar nieuwe dansproductie ‘Laat Me’ staat Isabelle vanaf november 2019 in diverse theaters in Belgie en Nederland .
In de Kortrijkse Stadsschouwburg, haar geboortestad, staat ze op 21 december 2019 voor het eerst in meer dan 20 jaar .
Reeds vele jaren vult ze de grootste theaters
van Amsterdam tot Antwerpen.
Vandaag komt ze terug thuis
en herontdekt ze haar geboortestad Kortrijk.

With her new dance production "Let Me", Isabelle will tour from November 2019 in various theaters in Belgium and the Netherlands.
In the City Theater of Kortrijk, her hometown, she will perform on December 21 2019 for the first time in more than 20 years.
She has been filling the biggest theaters for many years from Amsterdam to Antwerp.
Today she comes back home and rediscovers her hometown Kortrijk.
Host Kurt Ostyn gauges what drives her.

Isabelle Beernaert. A one of a kind choreographer known for her ability to translate the everyday, ordinary life into an extraordinary choreography. Her choreographies express what everyone goes through and feels at some point in life. The audience is able to recognize itself with the stories being told on stage.

Isabelle Beernaert is a successful and well known choreographer in The Netherlands and Belgium. She produced the theatre productions Ne Me Quitte Pas (2011), Et Après (2012), C’est la Vie (2013) and Red, Yellow & Blue (2013-2014).

Choreographer since 2009 for the television show So You Think You Dan Dance (NL/BE) and in 2012 for Ukraine.

Winner of the television show The Ultimate Dance Battle (NL/BE).

Winner of the Dance Award chosen by the audience of the Netherlands in 2012 and 2013 with her productions Et Après and Red, Yellow & Blue.

Winner of the KBC Dance Award for Young Choreographers in 2007.

Her education at the Royal Balletschool of Antwerp (Belgium) gave Isabelle a strong classical and technical foundation. Isabelle won The International Dance Award of modern-jazz technique in France and worked with and for several international known choreographer's and events at that time.
