Happy new year! Yes, we are well beyond the calendar new year, but on this ride we celebrate the Lunar New Year, or the Chinese New Year. We head across the city to Chinatown to see the parade as they enter the Year of the Dragon. This was quite the celebration, from floats to marching bands, horses to bouncing cars, and of course, lots of dragons. With so much fanfare, we had to make a cafe stop for some energy, and for that we went to the other side of the world to a fabulous Brazilian cafe. It was quite the international day, and a celebratory way to ring in the Year of the Dragon.
