- I use this more than I thought I would!
 With the whole chicken I did have to take off the legs, and wings for it to rotate without touching the bottom with the size of bird I got. It was 5 pounds. I couldn’t find any 3 pounders. So I AFed them separately. They were delicious too. The white meat was so juicy, and moist. Even the next day. I did the same with a pork loin. It was so juicy. French fries are tastier being AFed in the rotating basket. Everything so far is better in the Vortex. I’m still on a learning curve with AFing without rotating. The temperature doesn’t need to be as hot. You can use the same recipes you used for your other AF. You will need to adjust it a bit. Keep an eye on what your cooking for the last 10 minutes or so the first time you make something. This is all of the functions I have used so far. I will use the others soon. I wanted to master the functions and recipes I use the most first.The kitchen is staying so much cooler in the Texas heat. It’s worth it’s weight in gold for that alone 😃

 After my stove oven crapped out, I needed an appliance that would replace it without breaking the bank. My husband and I decided on this gadget on Amazon Prime Day. It works like a charm. From baking, to rotisserie to air frying, it works like a dream. Through trial and error you will learn how it works, however, there are apps and even you tube videos to help you along the way.

 This is an awesome purchase!! My video shows a 4 lb pork butt roast fully cooked in under an hour. It had a crispy but juicy crusted outside & looked just like a juicy prime rib on the inside (tender too). My kids are also able to use it w/ no fear of stove fires etc.I was worried I wouldn't find an air fryer to be able to cook for a family of 5. However, for size context, it comfortably held 6 leg quarters last night (3 per rack) & only took about 35 min to cook. You'll need to rotate racks halfway through, as it cooks more on the upper rack. No worries, though! It has an automatic beep function to remind you when to rotate.The door also comes off for easier cleaning & it all wipes down pretty quickly.I've got a ton of things I want to try cooking in here!!

 This air fryer is amazing. I have used it a lot since I purchased and no issues. Air fried chicken nuggets, fries, baked bread, warmed up bread and rotisserie chicken. Cleaning is easy. I love every functionality. Expect to clean it when things drip. But cleaning it is easy. I love the fact that you can detach the door for additional cleaning.
