A look at one of the oldest/healthiest malls in Chicagoland. The Harlem Irving Plaza in Norridge, Illinois, AKA the HIP, continues to thrive and reinvent itself after 65 years. This video explores the factors that have allowed the HIP to thrive into 2021 and appear almost unaffected by the problems that have plagued the retail industry in recent years.
