A look inside and out at one of Chicagoland’s oldest and best-preserved indoor malls. Basically frozen since the late 1980s, the Meadowdale Shopping Center in Carpentersville, IL and it's creepy backrooms esque indoor mall remains open and very well maintained.

While I tried my best to cover much of the mall's history. I am aware that certain things were left out. If anyone has anything to add, please share!
