In this video I'll show you how to make a vegan high protein soup. This is one of my favorite soups packed with flavor and protein.

Ingredients:
1 diced onion (58 calories/1,3g Protein)
1 tbsp sunflower oil (80 calories/0g Protein)
500g smoked tofu (615 calories/70g Protein)
2 diced tomatoes (35 calories/1,1 g Protein)
2 diced garlic cloves (6 calories/0,2g Protein)
2 plantains (429 calories/3,2g Protein)
1L water (0 calories/0g Protein)
10 peppercorns (21 calories/0,5g Protein)
1,5 bouillon cube (1 calories/0,1g Protein)
125g peanut butter (806 calories/25g Protein)
2 tbsp spicy peanut butter (170 calories/6g Protein)
White pepper to taste (17 calories/0,6g Protein)
Celery leaves for garnish

Serving size:
One pot has 2238 calories and 108g of protein. You can get two of three serving out of this pot. I personally can get three servings out of this pot. But if you are a guy or a muscular/more active woman I'd say two servings.

Two servings: 1119 calories and 54g of protein. If If you add rice you'll have 1363 calories and 59g of protein.
Three servings: 746 calories and 36g of protein. If you add rice you'll have 990 calories and 41g of protein.

Low Calorie Version:
If you are watching your calories, you can skip the plantain and the olive oil.

Two servings (low cal): 865 calories and 52g of protein.
Three servings (low cal): 576 calories and 35g of protein.
