Everyone loves Samosas and their crispy pastry, but why are they always savoury? Well, I'm rebelling and going against the grain by making dessert samosas. These are filled with Lucious pastry cream in three different flavours, Strawberries and cream, Pistachio, and Chocolate. Make these incredible desserts, and I guarantee they'll blow your mind.

Plain pastry cream:
250ml milk
30g sugar
20g cornstarch
2 egg yolks
40g butter

Strawberries and Cream filling (makes 19 samosas)
1 recipe of pastry cream + 1 tsp vanilla paste
250g fresh strawberries
50g sugar

Pistachio filling (makes 14 samosas)
1 recipe of pastry cream
100g pistachio paste
1/8 tsp cardamom
zest from 1/4 - 1/2 orange

Chocolate filling (makes 15 samosas)
1 recipe of pastry cream + 10g unsweetened cocoa powder
75g milk chocolate

1 pack of samosa wrappers (I recommend switz brand)
