Many people give up on their fitness and health journey when they donât see progress. Maybe you look in the mirror and think you look exactly the same. And this is after changing your diet and putting in countless hours at the gym. It can be very discouraging. But instead of quitting, itâs important to look at what the reasons might be for not achieving those goals, and to fix those.
So letâs talk about what the problems might be, and then I will offer some solutions so you can skip the heartache and disappointment as much as possible.
