Demonstration of a daily session of self ruqyah treatment after confirming ones affliction when no medical cause
Self exorcism. Relying on God alone, the creator reciting verses in the Quran.

Intentions stated in my heart before going live.7 intentions in your heart when doing ruqyah for a cure
O ALLAH CURE ME FROM
(1*) every sihr (black magic)
(2*) every ayn (evil eye)
(3*) every mass (jinn possession)
(4*) every waswaas conditioning (evil whisper from jinn or men:
(5*) any other illness that I am suffering from

ALSO ASK ALLAH TO BURN AND DESTROY
(6*) BURN (DESTROY or KILL) every jinnee inside my body that affects me
(7*) BURN or DESTROY every external Sihr Network (and every external Hasd Network that I’m connected to SO THAT I CAN WORSHIP YOU PROPERLY AGAIN

Ruqyah’ is the practice of treating illnesses through Qur’ānic āyāt, and invocations prescribed by the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. It is a means of cure for evil eye, magic, jinn and physical ailments.

The Qur’ān offers complete solace to a believer – both spiritually and physically. Ruqyah should therefore play an essential role in our lives. Allah (subḥānahū wa taʿālā) says, “And say: The truth has come, and falsehood has vanished. Surely falsehood is ever bound to vanish by its very nature.

وَنُنَزِّلُ مِنَ الْقُرْ‌آنِ مَا هُوَ شِفَاءٌ وَرَ‌حْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِيْنَ

And We send down in the Qur’ān that which is a cure and a mercy for the believers” (17:81-2).

As well as providing a means of cure, ruqyah is an excellent way for the believers to build their īmān and reaffirm their tawḥīd for Allah (subḥānahū wa taʿālā). This is because seeking treatment through the Glorious Qur’ān undoubtedly demonstrates complete belief in the Book of Allah (subḥānahū wa taʿālā).

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “Make good use of the two cures: honey and the Qur’ān.” (Ibn Mājah)

‘Ā’ishah (raḍiy Allāhu ‘anhā) said: “When the Messenger of Allah ﷺ was ill, Jibrīl (‘alayhis-salām) performed Ruqyah on him.” (Muslim)

Ā’ishah (raḍiy Allāhu ʿanhā) narrated that whenever the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would become sick, he would recite [the last three sūrahs of the Qur’ān] and then blow (in his hands and wipe) over his body. She says: “During his last illness from which he passed away, the Messenger of Allah ﷺ used to blow over himself. But when his sickness intensified, I used to (recite and then) blow over him using his own hands because of their blessings.”

In another hadīth, she mentions that whenever anyone from his family would become ill, he ﷺ would blow over them with these three Sūrahs. (Muslim)

Say when seeing an affliction
Alhamdu lillaahil-lathee 'aafaanee mimmab-talaaka bihi wa fadhdhalanee 'alaa katheerin mimman khalaqa tafdheela.

Praise is to Allah Who has spared me what He has afflicted you with, and preferred me greatly above much of what He has created.

the woman is of this type, and the sihr has overwhelmed her to the extent that she is not able to fast, without any negligence on her part – even if she has the power of reasoning and is healthy both physically and mentally – then there is no sin on her, but she must make up the missed fasts when she recovers. That is because sihr is something from which there is hope of recovery, and if there is hope of recovery, all the patient has to do is make up the missed fasts, because Allah, may He be exalted, says (interpretation of the meaning):

{O you who have believed, decreed upon you is fasting as it was decreed upon those before you that you may become righteous

[Fasting for] a limited number of days. So whoever among you is ill or on a journey [during them] - then an equal number of days [are to be made up]} [al-Baqarah 2:183-184].

If the sihr has had an impact on the body to the extent that she is not able to fast because of it:

if there is the hope that she will recover, then she has to make up the missed fasts. If there is no hope of recovery from what has happened to her body, and it makes it too difficult to fast, then in that case she may feed poor people instead, and she does not have to make up the missed fasts.
