In this weeks video, Tennis coaches Owen and Alan Demonstrate a fun serving drill you can do to develop your ability to defend when players attack your weak 2nd serves.

The drill is Grandpa serve and defend. How it works, the play plays a floaty serve into the service box. The returner will play a big attacking return of serve and then the 2 players will play out the point.

Even though, the server may not win the point every time, the goal of the drill is to at least make ball 3 in the rally into court and not make a mistake on that shot.
