Dr. Stahl is a pediatric gastroenterologist and the director of research at the Colorado Center for Celiac Disease at the Children’s Hospital Colorado. In this presentation for Celiac Canada's annual conference 2023, she explains her research around celiac disease screening in both high-risk groups and the general population. In conclusion, she advocates a mass screening program to ensure all kids with celiac are diagnosed early.
