大家好我是阿鸿 这一期来和大家分享莲藕花生汤 不但好喝 还能养颜

材料 :
莲藕 500克
排骨 500克
花生 150克
红枣 适量
枸杞 适量
姜片 适量

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Lotus Roots remove skin and cut into smaller pieces, soak in water
2. Peanuts 150g (wash and soak in water for half day in the fridge) drain and set aside
3. Pork ribs 500g
4. Red dates appropriate amount, sliced
5. Goji appropriate amount
6. Ginger small piece, sliced

Seasoning
1. Salt little

Method
1. Add the pork ribs and few pieces of ginger in a wok of cold water. Turn on high heat and bring to boil. Remove the residue on the surface and boil for 2min. Transfer the pork to a pot of cold water and wash it. Set aside
2. Blanch the lotus root and set aside, followed by peanuts
3. Combine the pork ribs, lotus roots, peanuts, ginger and red dates in a pot. Add water to cover the ingredients. Bring to boil for 3-5min then cover and simmer under low heat for an hour.
4. Take 4-5pcs of lotus roots with little soup and blend it. Pour back to the soup and add in goji. Cover and simmer for half hour.
5. Add salt to taste
6. Serve and enjoy! 💕
