This 78 Porsche 911 SC belongs to a customer. She had a turbulent life and underwent massive modifications, but her owner has brought her back on the right track as much as body and interior are concerned. Unfortunately till now, that had not been true for the suspensions. Literally, the wheels stood in different directions with far off values for camber, toe and caster. The handling was accordingly at the poor side of things.
This is the first episode of a two-part series that deals with the rear axle, including the replacement of bushings, struts and torsion springs and the alignment of the height, camber and toe.
