INGREDIENTS
6 poblano peppers
6 large eggs
8 oz low moisture mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp onion powder

SOPA DE FIDEO
8 oz vermicelli
1/2 small onion
4 cups water
3 Roma tomatoes
3 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 chicken bouillon
1/2 ground cumin
sprigs of cilantro
salt & pepper to taste
